What We’re Looking For:
Reporting to the Account Manager, this role will assist in the effective reporting and operations of our clients’ advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. They are resourceful, skilled in data management, and proactive in using email and Slack to keep clients and partners well-informed. This individual is a proficient multitasker, capable of handling both daily tasks and larger projects, all while efficiently managing their inbox and other communication channels.
Job Responsibilities:
Support the execution and optimization of audio advertising campaigns across multiple podcast platforms, aligning with client objectives and KPIs.
Assist with delivering in-depth reporting and analytics to measure campaign outcomes, ensuring all reports are accurate and submitted on time.
Prepare presentations and organize meeting agendas to streamline collaboration.
Review air-checks and campaign performance data to recommend actionable next steps.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships by understanding their goals, expectations, and needs to deliver customized advertising solutions.
Manage the product shipment process, discount code creation, and ad copy organization for multiple clients.
Conduct research and analysis to identify optimal podcast channels and target audiences for precise campaign alignment.
Collaborate with media buyers to explore opportunities with podcast publishers and networks, ensuring maximum campaign impact.
Oversee the setup process for podcasters, ensuring smooth onboarding and effective campaign tracking.
Handle administrative tasks, including contract management and invoice processing.
Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with podcast publishers, networks, and clients.
Take ownership of tasks and processes, working proactively and independently to provide timely campaign support.
Ideal Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant podcast, influencer, and/or creator advertising experience
Genuine passion for podcasts and/or podcast marketing
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools
Proven success in building and managing partner relationship
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
