Triton Digital, the global technology and services provider to the digital audio, podcast, and broadcast radio industries, is seeking an Advertising Planner and Analyst to join its advertising Team. You will be responsible for maximizing the potential of our inventory while nurturing and expanding relationships with our advertising partners. Your primary responsibilities will encompass managing all facets of podcast advertising: from sales pitches and client interaction to billing and performance monitoring.

Main Responsibilities

  • Foster and enhance relationships with our existing client base.
  • Identify client/agency needs and craft compelling proposals to address opportunities.
  • Ensure ongoing client satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Proactively curate, bundle, and present our extensive podcast inventory to agencies and media centers.
  • Adhere to all sales procedures for programmatic advertising, including preparing orders, billing, creating deals, monitoring campaign performance, and submitting regular sales reports.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in Advertising, Sales, or related field
  • Experience in podcast advertising, encompassing host reads or programmatic advertising.
  • Familiarity with ad server usage and trafficking ads.
  • Knowledge of office automation tools.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
  • Proficient client service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively plan, organize, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for work.

Please note that priority will be given to candidates in New York or the Northeastern United States.
