About the role

The Client Solutions Analyst plays a critical role in shaping revenue-generating opportunities across branded content, media, live events, and merchandise. This position is responsible for developing and optimizing pricing strategies and packaging solutions for integrated, omnichannel campaigns, as well as standard media plans. Leveraging market research, audience insights, and an understanding of internal production capabilities, this role crafts compelling offerings that align with client objectives while driving profitability and competitive differentiation. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, balancing financial acumen with strategic innovation to unlock new commercial opportunities and maximize growth.

 

What You’ll Do

Pricing Strategy Development

Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and client demands to design competitive pricing models.

Establish dynamic pricing frameworks with the Revenue Operations Manager to align local pricing with global yield parameters.

Collaborate with the VP of Sales, Sales, and Creative teams to ensure pricing aligns with campaign objectives.

Develop scalable rate cards, discount structures, and dynamic pricing models for various ad products.

Packaging Design

Collaborate with Sales & Creative to optimize package costs, ensuring alignment with client budgets and goals.

Work with creative and production teams to define deliverables, set scopes, and establish realistic timelines.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through bundled offerings to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Develop omnichannel packaging strategies integrating digital, social, podcast, video, live events, and merchandise.

Ensure cohesive package components across platforms by leveraging insights on consumer behavior and content trends.

Data Analysis and Reporting

Analyze key metrics and monitor profit margins, revenue per client, and package performance.

Provide actionable insights to leadership based on data trends and forecasts.

Regularly update stakeholders on pricing impacts and opportunities.

External and Internal Team Collaboration

Partner with account management teams to customize pricing and packaging for high-priority clients.

Work with creators to establish pricing structures that reflect content value, market demand, and production feasibility.

Lead internal workshops and training sessions to enhance understanding of package pricing fundamentals.

Conduct external workshops to educate smaller pods on strategic pricing value.

Collaborate with larger pod partners to analyze market trends and translate insights into pricing strategies.

Act as a liaison between sales, creative, and production teams for seamless pricing integration in campaigns.

Process Optimization

Refine and document pricing and packaging workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.

Develop tools or templates to streamline proposal creation and approvals.

Ensure pricing structures comply with yield parameters and company goals.

Work with Finance and Business Operations to integrate new revenue streams into global operational workflows.

 

Who you are

Bachelor’s degree in Business Planning, Finance, Integrated Media Planning, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in pricing, packaging, or revenue management, ideally within an agency or production environment.

Experience pricing and packaging omni-channel programs across multiple media formats (e.g., video, social media, experiential).

Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts simply.

Proficiency in relevant tools such as Salesforce, Excel and pivot tables

Creative problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
