You will join a small, collaborative team that works across the company to deliver clear, engaging, and relevant communication. You will bring strong writing skills, a self-starting approach, and the ability to build relationships across functions and geographies. And because internal communications is about sparking connection rather than simply sharing information, you will have the chance to experiment with new ideas and creative formats that bring our stories to life. If you love crafting compelling narratives and pushing your creativity, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Write, edit, and publish content for our company-wide newsletter, bringing stories to life and keeping every Spotifier in the loop on what’s new, exciting, and upcoming.
  • Collaborate across the communications team to energize bandmates around marketing campaigns, product launches, and key company moments.
  • Support the planning and execution of internal events by coordinating logistics, prepping materials, and helping bring live productions to life for employees around the world.
  • Experiment with new ways to elevate our internal communications, whether through fresh content formats, creative visuals, or interactive moments that make information more engaging and memorable.
  • Track engagement and sentiment across our internal channels and use those insights to help shape what we create next.
