Home to the best podcasts in the Netherlands Dag en Nacht Media is the largest publisher of podcasts in the Netherlands and is part of Podimo. We handle everything related to podcast production—from coming up with ideas, to making podcasts, and ensuring our podcasters earn money from their shows. Every month, over 6.5 million episodes are listened to from shows such as De Stijn, Tobi en Jeppe Show, Voorheen Schaamteloos Randstedelijk, Dijkhoff & Segers, and De Rode Lantaarn.

Who We’re Looking For

Motivated students (m/f/x) to join our editorial team starting September 2025 (earlier can be discussed). Dag en Nacht Media values diversity in backgrounds and experiences. If candidates are equally suitable, preference will be given to those with a diverse profile.

Your Responsibilities

As a production intern, you will be part of our editorial team, which creates our podcasts and ensures they reach as many listeners as possible. You will contribute to at least two podcasts, taking on tasks such as:

• Producing and promoting podcast episodes.
• Learning to edit podcasts in audio and video.
• Creating social media videos for podcast episodes.
• Contributing to the creative direction, conducting research, and preparing materials for hosts.
• Making scripts and attending recordings.
• Managing social media accounts for podcasts, including creating videos, posts, and stories.

Who You Are

We’re looking for an proactive, eager-to-learn, and creative editorial intern with fresh ideas, ready to make the most of their internship.

You:
✅ Are enrolled in an MBO, HBO, or WO program.
✅ Are available from September for 5 to 6 months.
✅ Are a big fan of podcasts.
✅ Have an interest in Dag en Nacht Media’s shows.
✅ Want to gain production and editorial experience.
✅Can edit in audio, video, or both.
✅ Have ideas for translating podcast content to social media (TikTok/Insta/Substack). ✅ Aren’t afraid to pick up the phone or pitch your ideas.
