*About the Role*
We’re looking for a *Programmatic Operations Manager* to join our growing team and take ownership of our programmatic activity across *video and display* on both web and in-app.
This role combines *hands-on technical work*, data-driven optimization, and ongoing communication with partners (SSPs, DSPs, publishers, and demand networks).
You will play a key role in ensuring strong performance, growing revenue, and driving the operational success of our programmatic business.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with *Ad Tech experience*, high motivation, and the desire to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment.
*What You’ll Actually Work On*
Our programmatic operation manages large-scale *video and display monetization*, working directly with SSPs, DSPs, publishers, and demand partners.
Your role is to keep the activity healthy, optimized, and growing, both technically and operationally.
🚀 *What You’ll Do*
* Manage day-to-day programmatic operations across *video & display inventory*
* Set up, launch, and maintain programmatic activity (placements, tags, PMPs, deal IDs)
* Troubleshoot delivery issues, discrepancies, IVT flags, and technical blockers
* Analyze performance data (CPM/RPM, fill rate, win rates, bid behavior)
* Identify growth opportunities and push initiatives forward
* Communicate with SSPs, DSPs, publishers, and demand partners regarding performance and optimization
* Collaborate with internal Ad Ops and Dev teams on integrations and technical fixes
* Provide weekly reporting, insights, and recommendations
* Expand knowledge and take on deeper RTB responsibilities over time
🎯 *Who You Are*
✔ 1–3 years of experience in *Ad Tech, Programmatic, Ad Ops, Media Operations, or a related field*
✔ Experience working with *SSPs, DSPs, publishers, or demand partners*
✔ Comfortable with *video/display monetization* and digital advertising fundamentals
✔ Hands-on, technical, and curious, enjoys diving into problems and solving them
✔ Analytical mindset with strong attention to data and trends
✔ Proactive, organized, and motivated to grow quickly
✔ Strong communicator who collaborates well with internal and external teams
✔ Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
