Job Title: Sales Ops Associate
Audioboom is seeking a motivated Sales Ops Associate to manage relationships with
podcasters, advertisers, and play a crucial role within our Sales Operations team. Ensuring that
our advertising campaigns run smoothly, this role involves reaching out to podcasters for
product endorsements, providing them with relevant content, and verifying the execution of
advertising spots. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, assist in
achieving sales goals and meet client expectations. A passion for podcasts is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to help manage podcast advertising campaigns. This process includes but is not limited to:
- Addressing any issues that may arise during campaign execution.
- Tracking requests from clients and providing requested information.
- Updating internal sales documents.
- Assisting with campaign air-checks and recaps.
- Podcaster Outreach: Proactively contact podcasters to gauge their interest in endorsing products and participate in advertising campaigns.
- Content Management: Prepare and deliver weekly copy and promotional materials to podcasters, ensuring they have the necessary information to effectively promote our products.
- Campaign Verification: Monitor and confirm the airing of advertising spots, providing proof of execution to internal departments as well as agencies and advertisers.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of podcaster engagements, campaign progress, and feedback to support reporting and optimization efforts.

Qualifications:
- At least 2 year of experience in sales operations, account management, or a related role, preferably within a digital media or advertising environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage effectively with internal and external partners.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM required
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a customer-centric approach.
