Role Description

At 1UpMedia, we’re expanding our suite to include animations. Our animators enjoy substantial creative freedom and responsibility – you get to decide the style, and artwork (of course within constraints). Your primary task will be to transform MP3 recordings from our podcasts into fully immersive animations. This involves carefully selecting and positioning numerous effects and animating stills into captivating videos for our viewers.

Specifically you must learn to animate our podcasts at scale by:

• Using Gen-AI systems (Midjourney/Dalle) to generate images according to our podcast scenes.
• Animate the images into video.

Qualifications

• Motion Graphics and Animation skills
• Experience in storyboarding and motion capture
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with other team members in English
• Experience in creating engaging visual content
• Proficiency in relevant software and technologies
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the media or entertainment industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Design, or related field
