About the Role

We’re looking for an Account Executive to own both client relationships and media buying in the podcast and YouTube advertising space. This is not a sales role—it’s about deep partnership and smart execution.

You’ll be the connective tissue between clients, publishers, and our internal team. That means:

  • Managing day-to-day client communication.
  • Researching, sourcing, negotiating, and packaging buys.
  • Monitoring campaigns in-flight, optimizing for performance, and solving problems quickly.
  • Bringing data-driven insights to help clients grow.

As you develop, you’ll have the opportunity to step into a Sr. Account Executive role, where you’ll lead larger accounts and potentially have Account Executives or Media Buyers supporting you.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for 3–5 client accounts.
  • Research, source, negotiate, and package media buys.
  • Coordinate and monitor live campaigns, optimizing for performance.
  • Troubleshoot issues, flag risks early, and propose solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with publishers, networks, and creators.
  • Improve internal processes and contribute to a culture of clarity and ownership.

Who You Are

  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, media buying, or advertising roles (agency or brand side).
  • Strong communicator—clear, warm, and proactive.
  • Organized and operationally sharp; you keep projects moving.
  • Confident working with data and tools (Google Sheets, Podscribe, attribution platforms).
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently with strong internal drive.
  • You like solving problems, not just checking boxes.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in podcast, YouTube, or audio advertising (highly valued)
  • Familiarity with direct response (DR) campaigns or attribution models (highly valued)
  • Background working with consumer brands, CPG, or DTC (highly valued)
  • Experience in influencer or offline buying (IG, TikTok, Radio, Newsletters, Print, etc.) (nice-to-have)
