We’re looking for a driven, data-minded Business Development Specialist to help grow our agency. If you love identifying high-potential brands, crafting strategic pitches, and showing advertisers why podcasts are one of the fastest-rising performance channels—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect & Identify Advertisers: Research and qualify brands that align with our audience and are strong candidates for podcast ad campaigns.
  • Strategic Outreach: Develop tailored outreach that includes data-backed insights, performance benchmarks, audience fit, and category trends.
  • Pitch & Present: Craft compelling narratives that show how podcast advertising can unlock incremental growth for each prospect.
  • Pipeline Ownership: Manage your own lead pipeline from initial outreach to booked meeting.

    What We’re Looking For
    – 1–3+ years of experience in business development, sales, media partnerships, influencer marketing, or similar.
    – Strong understanding of performance marketing or digital ad channels.
    – Ability to interpret and articulate data to support a clear, persuasive pitch.
    – Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
    – A self-starter mindset with a love for prospecting and creating opportunities.
