We’re looking for an Account Coordinator to manage relationships, oversee campaigns, and work with both advertisers and talent. If you have media or advertising experience and are ready for the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.

Role Overview: We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and sales team to manage relationships with advertisers and agencies, support select talent, and execute high-impact campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with experience in media or advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client & Talent Management: Serve as a key point of contact for clients and talent, ensuring smooth service and ongoing communication.
  • Campaign Execution: Set up and monitor advertising campaigns using platforms such as SPAA and Podscribe, ensuring accuracy, optimization, and timely execution.
  • RFP Creation: Develop compelling Requests for Proposals (RFPs) that align with client needs and campaign objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with advertisers and agencies, providing excellent communication and support.
  • Talent Onboarding & Management: Oversee the onboarding process for talent, ensuring they are well-prepared with campaign materials and assets.
  • Creative Asset Management: Coordinate and, where necessary, create campaign materials, scripts, talking points, and other creative assets.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate detailed campaign performance reports, attend advertiser onboarding meetings, and conduct weekly airchecks.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage sales, billing, and invoice reports, working closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy and timely updates.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers of samples, materials, and deliverables to talent and advertisers.

Tools You’ll Use:

  • Ad Tech & Analytics: SPAA, Magellan, Podscribe, and other attribution and measurement tools.
  • Productivity: G Suite, Slack, Docusign, Monday.com, and more.
  • Customer Support: Intercom or similar platforms for client communications.
