Job Description:

As the Media Operations Coordinator – Influencer Marketing, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of all YouTube and social media operations from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, effective communication abilities, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all post-sale aspects of YouTube and social media brand integrations from scheduling to execution to wrap-up.

Facilitate seamless campaign launches by directly engaging with brands and clients.

Maintain up-to-date records of bookings in internal systems and documents.

Collaborate closely with the Influencer sales team to ensure synergy.

Provide timely responses to brand and client inquiries via email.

Evaluate and enhance internal workflows, sharing insights to optimize media operations.

Key Requirements:

Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

A strong ability to multitask.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage time.

Sharp focus on detail and strong organizational skills.

Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced industry.

Genuine interest in YouTube, social media, and the YouTube/social media advertising landscape.

Experience:

4-year degree (preferred – will accept experience in lieu of degree)

Compensation:

Salary (commensurate with experience)
