This new role within the executive team will be instrumental in driving projects to completion, aligning cross-departmental efforts, and maintaining the high standards that define our content and client partnerships. Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and hyper-organized Strategic Initiatives Coordinator to oversee a variety of programs and projects within our creative, fast-paced media and production environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination across teams while driving projects from inception to completion.
The Strategic Initiatives Coordinator will collaborate closely with the executive team to set and track project milestones, manage deadlines, and communicate schedules effectively. They will present executive summaries, provide status updates, and identify trends or potential delays. Strong analytical skills will be essential to perform root cause analysis for any issues impacting deadlines and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables, developing detailed plans and timelines to align with program objectives.
- Coordinate multiple projects within a program, ensuring interdependencies are managed effectively and optimizing resource allocation using company software tools like Basecamp, Hub Spot, Slack, and Google Suite.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and executive leadership, leveraging available resources for real-time communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and create contingency plans to ensure successful project delivery, tracking these in Basecamp or Google Sheets.
- Leverage tools like Google Docs and Basecamp to analyze workflows and refine systems, enhancing efficiency and streamlining production processes.
- Monitor performance, providing data driven insights and reporting progress to stakeholders with clear summaries and next steps.
- Ensure clear, ongoing communication of priorities, timelines, and deliverables with all stakeholders.
- Perform thorough analysis of missed deadlines or challenges, identifying issues and implementing corrective measures for documentation and tracking.

- Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- At least three years of related experience required.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to list up to 15 pounds at times.
