We are searching for a Podcast Operations Executive to join our highly collaborative team where we assist national sales teams in the execution of innovative and modern Digital Audio advertising campaigns, and we get to represent Australia’s #1 Podcast Publisher.

About The Role

  • Implementation of podcast campaigns and management of post-sale podcast process relating to briefing collateral, creative delivery, socials and reporting.
  • Identifying potential campaign optimisations and ensuring that deadlines are met and campaign goals are delivered in full.
  • Supporting the operations of all ARN represented partners, whilst maximising revenue and performance outcomes.
  • Key support contact between supporting teams, with the ability to ensure timely, confident communication to internal sales and our external talent partners.

About You

  • You have a minimum of 2+ year’s experience within media campaign management (podcast or audio is a bonus) – working with sales teams as well as clients/agencies.
  • You’re well-versed in Excel and Powerpoint. Experience in Salesforce highly regarded.
  • You’re deadline oriented, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects concurrently. Highly organised, analytical, dedicated and solutions focused.
  • You show initiative, are highly motivated and collaborative with exceptional communication.
  • You’ve got a positive attitude and the ability to operate in a rapidly evolving environment.
