We’re on the lookout for a talented Digital Content Manager to help us amplify our digital presence, engage our audience, and ensure our content reaches the right people at the right time.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Content Manager at PodcastOne. The Digital Content Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day digital content operations, developing content strategies, creating engaging multimedia content, overseeing content distribution, and ensuring brand consistency across all

platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital content strategies to grow PodcastOne’s online presence and audience engagement.
  • Manage the content calendar for website updates, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with podcast hosts and producers to create promotional assets, including audio clips, graphics, and videos.
  • Analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve growth targets.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends and emerging platforms to maintain PodcastOne’s competitive edge.
  • Work with the marketing and production teams to align content strategies with overall brand goals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital content management, social media, or a related role.
  • Passion for podcasts and familiarity with the podcasting landscape.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics (Google Analytics, social insights).
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
