About the role
Reporting to the Global Head of Ad Operations, you will be responsible for delivering successful campaigns for our advertisers. You will be based in Sydney, Australia. The role will focus on excellence in the delivery of our commercial campaigns. The Ad Operations Coordinator will ensure campaigns are set-up on time and correctly, manage campaign optimizations, and generate campaign reports. You will help manage our ad inventory and provide campaign forecasts to our Ad Sales team. You will provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.


What you´ll do

  • Traffic direct sale campaigns in our proprietary ad server

  • Pace all campaigns to delivery in full

  • Provide and approve inventory forecasts to Sales team

  • Create post campaign analysis reports to be shared with advertisers

  • Manage podcaster inventory settings and requests

  • Ensure all campaigns are approved and prepared for billing and podcaster payouts

Who you are

  • Previous experience in ad-tech, publishing, sales or broadcast/podcast beneficial

  • You’re organized and know how to manage and prioritize your work.

  • You like to learn new tools and processes.

  • You are collaborative and like working as part of a team.

  • You have intermediate excel skills and you’re comfortable with business intelligence tools.

  • Comfortable with minimum 3 days in Surry Hills office per week
