Carbonatix is growing fast, and we’re looking for an experienced RTB Manager to join our team and take ownership of key programmatic initiatives.

You should bring:

• 3–5 years of hands-on RTB experience, working directly with top DSPs, SSPs, and publishers.
• A strong technical foundation and the ability to solve complex challenges independently.
• A proactive mindset with a track record of driving projects from idea to execution—no loose ends.
• Passion for performance, growth, and getting things done.

You’ll be joining a high-impact team with a direct line into strategy and innovation across display, video, CTV, and audio.
