TMG Studios, an acclaimed podcast network and production company, is looking for an Ad Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This position plays a crucial role in managing
advertising operations across our suite of podcasts, which includes award-winning titles such as Tiny Meat Gang, Brooke and Connor Make a Podcast, Company Lot, and more, to be
announced soon.

As an Ad Operations Coordinator, you will oversee the ad operations for all shows on the network. You will be involved in every phase of our advertising sales process. From the pre-sale
stage of vetting potential campaigns and coordinating product approval with hosts, to post-sale activities such as verifying campaign terms, onboarding advertisers, and tracking ad spots. You
will also work closely with our accounting department during the invoicing phase. Your role is essential to maintaining our smooth and successful ad operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in Megaphone, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and handling ad operations for multiple podcasts.

What You’ll Do:

● Oversee the pre-sale process by vetting advertising campaigns and collaborating with show producers for inventory availability and host approval. Coordinate
product shipments to talent when applicable.
● Own and manage the ad inventory database, ensuring real-time accuracy and supporting the trafficking and scheduling of ad spots across our podcast slate.
● Coordinate onboarding calls between advertisers/agencies and internal teams; review and track creative deliverables (ad copy, graphics, visuals), and flag gaps
or on-camera placement opportunities.
● Collaborate with sales, content, production, and social teams to ensure the smooth execution and timely delivery of ad campaigns.
● Assist the sales team by preparing pitch materials, data sets, and campaign performance insights that enhance client-facing decks and proposals.
● Monitor, analyze, and report on ad campaign performance; provide stakeholders with clear reports and actionable recommendations for optimization.
● Ensure all negotiated deal points are correctly reflected in insertion orders (IOs); maintain advertiser records and support credit application processes.

● Partner with accounting to verify correct billing, impression delivery, ad drop dates, timestamps, and makegood tracking.
● Provide day-to-day operational support including calendar coordination, tracking deadlines, and facilitating cross-functional follow-up to ensure nothing falls
through the cracks.
● Keep up with evolving trends in podcast and digital media advertising; bring insights and ideas to weekly team syncs to improve our approach.

Who You Are:

● You have 2+ years of experience in ad operations, campaign management, executive assistance, or operations—preferably in media, entertainment, or a
startup environment.
● You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities across departments.
● You have excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and are comfortable interfacing with clients, talent, and executives.
● You’re curious about the podcast and digital media landscape and are excited to help shape how monetization happens behind the scenes.
● You bring a solutions-oriented mindset and thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

● Experience trafficking ads on platforms like Megaphone or similar
● Familiarity with podcasting, YouTube, or influencer-driven content
● A personal love for audio and video storytelling
