Ossa, the all-in-one platform for managing host-read podcast campaigns, is inviting its community behind the curtain with the launch of a public product roadmap and the Ossa Product Council—a rotating, cross-functional group of real users across the podcasting ecosystem.
In a bold move toward transparency and collaboration, Ossa is opening its roadmap to the very people who use the platform daily—giving them the tools to submit feature ideas, vote on upcoming priorities, track progress, and understand the “why” behind every product decision.
“Opening the roadmap and launching the Product Council are our ways of making sure the people closest to the work have a seat at the table,” said Anne Kavanagh, CEO at Ossa.
The Product Council includes professionals from ad ops, sales and revenue, finance, creator teams, networks and hosting platforms, and creators themselves.
These members will get early access to features, help test prototypes, and serve as a sounding board for product decisions before updates go live. Council terms rotate every six months to keep input fresh, honest, and relevant.
This isn’t just about transparency. It’s about co-creation—building with the industry, not just for it.
