Tom and I are headed back from The Podcast Show London, which was an astounding event. So much so that we’ve bought in even more next year and we hope that you’ll join us there.

We wanted to share with you something that we worked on and presented at The Podcast Show, in collaboration with BBC Studios and Triton Digital on the Brand Works Stage. Monetizing your podcast on a global level can be incredibly difficult for one single company to solve for. Excitingly, we’re seeing expertise open up in different countries around the world. In an effort to help make it possible for you to monetize your inventory on a global scale, we’ve put together the first list of sales houses by country and region for Podcasting.

And that’s where we need your help!

By following this link, you can submit your company for inclusion by identifying the countries that you’re able to effectively sell podcast advertising inventory for. The deadline for submission is June 15, and by the end of June we will release the first edition, with the intent to update this 2-4 times per year.

Podcasting is heating up at a global level and we could not be more excited to help all of you succeed even more at it.

Bryan Barletta (He/Him) is the founder of Sounds Profitable, and a widely-cited expert in adtech, sales, and monetization of podcasting. He founded Sounds Profitable in 2020 after a successful career working with some of the leading companies in advertising technology, including AdTheorent, Claritas, and Megaphone. Barletta helped to design some of the tools in use by podcast platforms today for attribution, measurement, and serving audio ads, and uses that expertise to help clients and sponsors get the most from their sales and advertising efforts. He founded Sounds Profitable initially as a platform to help educate persons working in the podcast industry about advertising and sales technology, but has since expanded the brand to become the industry’s premiere source for education, advocacy, and insights designed to grow the entire space. He is an avid gamer and father of two boys, neither of whom have their own podcast, yet.
