What We’re Looking For:

Reporting to the VP of Client Services, this position will focus on overseeing the effective implementation of our client’s advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic environment, possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Additionally, they should be resourceful, proficient in data management, and adept in negotiation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Media Buyers in the planning, executing, and optimizing of audio advertising campaigns across various podcast platforms to meet client objectives and KPIs.
  • Plan, send, and manage insertion order requests
  • Understand client goals, expectations, and needs to deliver tailored advertising solutions.
  • Assist with delivering in-depth reporting and analytics to measure campaign outcomes, ensuring all reports are accurate and submitted on time.
  • Review air-checks and campaign performance data to recommend actionable next steps.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify appropriate podcast channels and audiences for campaign targeting.
  • Negotiate media buying opportunities with podcast publishers and networks to ensure competitive pricing and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with media buyers to explore opportunities with podcast publishers and networks, ensuring maximum campaign impact.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including contract management and invoice processing.
  • Support the team with the end-to-end process of media buying, including budget management, insertion order processing, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with podcast publishers and content creators to secure premium inventory and exclusive advertising opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, audience insights, and emerging technologies in audio advertising to enhance campaign strategies.
  • Deliver comprehensive reporting and analytics processes to measure campaign success. Utilize data to provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all reporting activities.
  • Take ownership of tasks and processes, working proactively and independently to provide timely campaign support.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant podcast, influencer, and/or creator advertising experience
  • Genuine passion for podcasts and/or podcast marketing
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools
  • Proven success in building and managing partner relationship
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
