Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Podcast Ad Sales Account Executive to join our team at True Native Media. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the podcast advertising industry, with expertise in working with media buying agencies and a passion for building strategic partnerships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and contributing to the success of our agency while embodying our core values.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and secure new business opportunities with media buying agencies, advertisers, and brands.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients and partners, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Have a deep knowledge and understanding of our podcast partners’ content and audience demographics and identify opportunities for advertising placements.
  • Embody and promote True Native Media’s core values of Innovation, People, Profit, Communication, Generosity, and Mutual Respect in all interactions and activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to drive innovation and success in podcast advertising.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in podcast, radio, or television advertising sales
  • Strong understanding of media buying agencies and the advertising ecosystem, with established relationships and connections in the industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and partners
  • Passion for podcasting and a deep understanding of the medium, with the ability to articulate the value of podcast advertising to potential clients
