Carbonatix is growing fast—and we’re looking for an Ad Operations Manager to oversee and execute our RTB activity across display and video advertising. This is a critical role focused on both hands-on technical operations and growing key demand and supply-side partnerships.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and optimize RTB operations across multiple DSPs, SSPs, and direct publisher integrations.
  • Lead and grow relationships with both demand and supply partners, ensuring strong communication and performance alignment.
  • Execute and scale key programmatic accounts, hitting KPIs while improving efficiency and revenue.
  • Own all technical setup and troubleshooting—creatives, deal IDs, trackers, tags, VAST/VPAID, MMPs, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, ops, tech) to launch and maintain high-performing campaigns.
  • Act as the go-to person for all programmatic needs—strategy, execution, optimization.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of direct experience in RTB operations, specifically for video and display advertising.
  • Proven ability to work across major DSPs and SSPs (DV360, Xandr, Equativ, The Trade Desk, etc.).
  • Strong technical expertise and the ability to own campaigns from start to finish.
  • Experience managing programmatic partnerships and scaling performance on both buy and sell sides.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and structured—with strong attention to detail.
  • Based in Israel and available to work full-time from our Or-Yehuda office.
