Bold Collective is looking for a mid-level ‘Ad Operations Manager.’ This role will ‘lead’ all ad operations responsibilities across our Connected TV, Digital Audio, and Mobile Video operations, which include but not limited to the following:

• Optimizations & Campaign Insights

o help account management team identify upsell opportunities

o campaign variances

o campaign discrepancies

• Trafficking all publisher/advertiser campaigns into multiple platforms in coordination with account management and publisher development team

• Platform Management – act as lead for all platforms the company manages for bugs, errors, tech ops related issues

• Invalid Traffic & Brand Safety Metrics and Scoring

o Own daily IVT process including flagging issues to wider team and optimize campaigns to maintain target IVT scores

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Previous ad operations skills a must

• Ability to articulate ad operations tasks needed to the greater team

• Experience with the following platforms is a plus: FreeWheel, AdTelligent, Publica, Triton, AdsWizz/AudioMax, Equativ

• Strong Analytical & Optimization skills a must

• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables, formulas, vlookups, etc.
