Triton Digital is looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Advertising Operations Manager to lead our programmatic ad operations team. In this role, you will ensure the seamless execution of programmatic advertising campaigns, optimize processes, build deep relationships with clients and foster strong cross-functional collaboration, all while driving revenue growth and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership

  • Oversee and guide the ad operations team, consisting of three direct reports, to ensure optimal ad placements, targeting, and delivery in alignment with revenue and client satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ad campaign operations.
  • Serve as the primary representative and key point of contact for Voxnest’s ad operations, driving market education on our inventory and actively contributing to securing new business opportunities for the company.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Run reports, analyze data, and present actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use data to identify opportunities for campaign optimization, revenue growth, and buyer retention.

People Management

  • Manage and mentor a diverse and globally dispersed team of ad operations professionals, ensuring balanced workload distribution and fostering individual and team growth.
  • Create and implement shift schedules, track performance, and provide constructive feedback to maintain high team productivity and morale.

Sales-Oriented Approach

  • Partner closely with the sales team to align ad operations with revenue objectives, ensuring seamless support for sales-driven initiatives across both Triton Digital’s SSP and Voxnest inventory.
  • Provide operational insights to sales teams to help them identify new opportunities and close deals effectively.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client-facing activities related to ad campaign management, providing support and showcasing operational capabilities during sales pitches or client meetings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with sales, market operations, ad tech teams and marketing to ensure seamless execution of ad campaigns, from setup to reporting and analysis.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to align goals and expectations.

Process Optimization

  • Design and refine workflows for ad campaign management, including quality assurance, performance tracking, and troubleshooting.
  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline processes and reduce inefficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in programmatic advertising operations, with a focus on digital audio campaigns. Podcast experience is a bonus.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
  • Analytical mindset with a talent for turning data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Native-level English proficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Assets:

  • High level of proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience in public speaking and presenting.
  • Well-versed in networking and attending events to generate new business.
