We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Agency Partner to manage and grow relationships with our partner agencies at audioadpro. As a vital part of our Revenue Operations team, you will be responsible for cultivating deep partnerships with our Partner Advertising Agency’s, overseeing client satisfaction and driving revenue growth through successful relationship management. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, client engagement, business development and exceptional communication skills to maintain and expand our platform revenue.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Client Relationship Management:

  • Lead the development and nurturing of client relationships with partner agencies.
  • Maintain and grow long-term partnerships with partner agencies, ensuring their needs are consistently met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner agencies, resolving issues, managing expectations, and enhancing the overall client experience.
  • Ensure regular communication with partner agencies, offering insights, performance reviews, and recommendations to improve their connected audio strategies.

 

Business Growth & Expansion:

  • Identify opportunities to grow existing partner agency’s, developing new brief opportunities and increasing platform spend.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase audioadpro’s engagement within partner agencies.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with partner agencies to assess their business goals and offer tailored solutions that align with their objectives.

 

Strategic Consultation:

  • Provide strategic advice to partner agencies on connected audio, industry developments, and technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas and solutions to partner agencies.
  • Work with partner agencies to understand their challenges and propose actionable programmatic audio strategies to meet their needs.

 

Internal Collaboration:

  • Serve as a bridge between partner agency needs and internal teams (Ad Ops, Accounts, etc) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with Ad Ops and Exec Team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.

 

Project Oversight:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of programmatic audio ad activations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Ensure all activations are executed according to agreed timelines, budgets, and specifications, with regular updates and feedback.
  • Drive the resolution of any project challenges or bottlenecks to ensure smooth delivery.

 

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track and analyse the performance of campaigns and overall account success.
  • Develop and present regular reports to clients and senior leadership, showcasing results and areas for optimisation.
  • Continuously assess account performance to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance client satisfaction.

 

Market Intelligence & Networking:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital audio marketing opportunities.
  • Represent audioadpro at industry events, conferences, and partner agency meetings to expand audioadpro’s network and presence.

 

Whilst our Head Office is proudly based in the North of England, we offer UK-based remote and hybrid working for the right people.
