The role in a nutshell:
Being the captain of a Media team and facilitating operational tasks in order to generate consistent and profitable revenue growth for clients and the agency is the best way we can describe what it is like to be an Associate Media Director for Oxford Road.
What your day looks like
- Keeping all the pieces of the media team in sync together while moving forward to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and quality control.
- Presenting stellar data-driven media plans for clients and prospects
- Taking an overhead look at the development and execution of media plans while making sure the process requirements are met while ensuring the best options available to the client for their needs
Your skills
- Always having the “WHY?” answer mindset when tackling a plan – making sure research and market information are key components to your answers and recommendations
- Strong adaptable problem-solving skills that allow you to break barriers to ensure capturing the best bookings and exceeding project goals
- Be a go-to source for deep marketplace & competitive knowledge for all departments in order to promote opportunities & lead clients
