What We’re Looking For:

Reporting directly to the CEO, this position will manage invoicing operations and efficiently resolve billing discrepancies. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The position is ideal for candidates with experience in billing and accounting who are looking for a part-time schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Approvals: Review and approve invoices.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Identify, research, and resolve billing discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams and clients.
  • Accounts Reconciliation: Regularly review and reconcile accounts to ensure consistency between invoices, payments, and project budgets.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to billing, payments, and adjustments.
  • Data Entry & Maintenance: Accurately enter financial data into accounting systems and maintain organized records.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly billing reports for management review.
  • Process Optimization: Suggest improvements to the billing workflow for greater efficiency.
  • Contract Management: Assist with administrative data entry for client contracts
  • Network Management: Work with networks to gather missing air checks and handle accounting introductions

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred but not required).
  • Experience: 1-2 years of billing or accounting experience, preferably in a marketing or service-based environment.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in managing invoices and tracking discrepancies.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for working with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
