ABOUT THIS POSITION:

Dear Media is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated individual to support our Campaign Managers in the day-to-day operations of executing multi-channel media and live event campaigns. This is a full-time Campaign Assistant position, preferably based in Los Angeles, Austin or New York. The Assistant will work across the entire campaign management team and report into the Manager, Campaign Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist Campaign Managers in the coordination and execution of campaigns from start to finish.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as gathering social briefs, podcast ad copy, and post-campaign reporting metrics.
  • Attend brand onboarding and kick-off calls to take notes and provide follow-up support as needed.
  • Input campaign details into internal systems
  • Coordinate internal communications between brands, production teams, and talent, including copy retrieval, scheduling social posts or interviews, and managing gifting logistics.
  • Track campaign deliverables, due dates, and content calendars to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support Campaign Managers in creating materials like case studies, media kits, and campaign wrap decks.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required to support the team

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Based in LA, New York or Austin
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a support role within digital advertising, influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field preferred.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and possess follow-through
  • Confidence and ability to understand deal memos between talent and brands
  • Marketing savvy, problem-solving and pop-culturally aware
  • Creative thinker who can brainstorm innovative ideas/strategies
  • Positive attitude and strong social skills in speaking to talent and brands
  • Strong interest in the growing influencer and podcast space

SOFTWARE SKILLS:

  • Google E-mail / Docs / Calendar (a must)
  • Strong familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and all other social platforms
  • Familiarity with project management tools or accounting systems (e.g., QuickBase) is a plus.
