Your job is to support and grow Fourthwall’s growing corporate business: the gift boxes, the custom kits, the white-glove moments that keep our biggest clients obsessed with us. You don’t need to come from a merch background, but you do need to operate like someone who could’ve started their own hustle.
This is a high-trust, high-impact role. You’ll be at the center of making things happen across clients, vendors, and internal teams. You’ll navigate messy requests, shifting timelines, and last-minute fire drills with grace and still deliver something beautiful while building for scale.
What You’ll Do
- Own fulfillment for high-touch corporate orders – from luxury kits to custom merch drops
- Source and manage vendors – replace underperformers, find niche products, build scalable relationships
- Rescue and retain clients – jump in when the stakes are high and expectations are even higher
- Build systems as you go – listings, workflows, documentation—whatever keeps us moving fast
- Work across teams – sales, support, sourcing, product – you’re the glue
You Might Be a Fit If…
- You’ve got 5-7 years in a fast-paced ops or sourcing role (plus: merch/custom industry)
- You thrive in chaos and solve problems before others even see them
- You have sky-high EQ and know how to make clients feel seen and cared for
- You communicate clearly, manage details like a pro, and never drop the ball
- You’ve worked at or with startups, and love the pace and ownership that comes with it

The salary range for this role is $90,000–$115,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, and location.
