Your tasks

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to help our customers get the most out of our market-leading podcast hosting, distribution, and analytics software solution.

  • Strengthen and deepen the relationship with our customers by helping them better understand and use our software solution every day
  • Independently and proactively take over communication and work on a solution to a problem in the interests of our customer. Of course, you will be assisted by your colleagues who have relevant knowledge for every problem.
  • In close cooperation with the Podigee colleagues, coordinate priorities and the fastest possible as well as efficient solution to the concerns of our customers
  • Actively participate in the further development and improvement of our products in the sense of maximum customer satisfaction
  • Support us in the ongoing improvement of the work processes in the team
  • In general, support close cooperation with the entire team and help with general tasks that arise in the area of customer success in a dynamically developing company
Your profile
  • The prerequisite is an interest in the topic of podcasts (and media)
  • Experience in a similar position is helpful
  • Basic technical understanding and willingness to learn are required; advanced knowledge is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills (openness, enthusiasm, clarity of information, attention to the needs of customers and colleagues)
  • Pragmatic and possibly out-of-the-box thinking, practical mentality and the ability to see things through
  • You show personal responsibility for your tasks and willingness to take the initiative
  • Good knowledge of common office software is a must
  • You enjoy communicating with people, both by phone and in person at events
  • Experience with a ticket system and associated processes is a plus
  • Delight in delighting customers with excellent and efficient service
  • Diplomatic skills in case a customer should unexpectedly be dissatisfied with us
  • Fluency in written and spoken German is a must, good English skills are a big plus and any other language is very helpful
  • We value a “hands-on” and “getting things done” attitude in our candidates
