SoundCast is a technology platform specialized in the programmatic monetization of digital audio (podcasts, web radios, streaming platforms). Thanks to our proprietary technologies, we connect premium audio publishers with brands through targeted, high-performance campaigns that respect the listener experience.
In a context of strong international growth, we want to strengthen our Sales team with a key position to accelerate our development in the United Kingdom and support our existing operations across Europe.
Reporting to the Head of International, the European Business Partner will be primarily responsible for developing the UK client portfolio (agencies and advertisers), while also participating in the management and oversight of EMEA campaigns, supported by the AdOps teams based in Paris.
This is a strategic and international role at the heart of SoundCast’s European expansion.
Main Responsibilities
UK Business Development (New Business & Account Management)
- Identify, prospect, and convert new UK clients (media agencies, trading desks, advertisers)
- Grow and manage a portfolio of existing clients
- Build strong and lasting relationships with UK decision-makers (Head of Audio, Head of Digital, Media Buyers, Programmatic Buyers, Regional Agency Heads, etc.)
EMEA Sales Coordination & Management
- Contribute to the management and follow-up of multi-country (EMEA) campaigns
- Act as the main point of contact for international agencies based in Europe
- Work closely with internal teams (AdOps, Marketing, Product, IT)
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track commercial KPIs: revenue generated, number of meetings, leads, deal closings
- Operate in a structured environment: CRM usage, regular reporting, forecasting
Profile Sought
Experience & Skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience minimum in sales house, agency, adtech, media, or digital advertising
- Familiarity with media agencies and advertisers (preferably in the UK)
- Knowledge of other European markets is a plus
- Bilingual in English is essential — French is a bonus but not mandatory
- Strong New Business mindset and ability to manage a full sales cycle
- Capable of operating in an international environment with multiple stakeholders
