We’re building something that demands precision. Not content. Not filler. Story.
We’re looking for a writer who understands how a case unfolds—how details matter, how restraint matters more, and how the truth carries weight when you don’t overproduce it.
This is a narrative-driven true crime podcast with a large, engaged audience. The bar is high. The expectation is simple: get it right. You should be comfortable working from case files, interviews, transcripts, and reporting. You know how to structure a story that holds tension without forcing it. You don’t chase drama—you recognize it when it’s already there.
What you’ll be doing:
Writing episode scripts built on real investigations
Shaping narrative arcs across episodes
Collaborating closely on tone, pacing, and structure
Translating reporting into clean, compelling storytelling
You might be a fit if:
You’ve written for true crime podcasts, documentaries, or long-form journalism
You understand investigative process—not just storytelling
You can write in a voice that is grounded, direct, and human
You know when to pull back instead of push harder
This is a collaborative role. We’re not looking for volume—we’re looking for judgment.
