About the role
We are looking for a Key Account Director to join our international sales team based in London. We are looking for a confident & tenacious individual to help manage a portfolio of media agencies and clients driving revenue into our business. This role is ideal for a proven salesperson who has a passion for podcasts and trends, excellent agency relationships, and confidence in presenting and building relationships. This is an amazing opportunity to join one of the most pioneering companies, in one of the fastest growing mediums.
You will be tasked with growing revenues selling to international hubs at media agencies and direct clients over various products like Audio Ads, Sponsorships & Branded Content. You should have good business acumen and ability to work towards your goals. You will on a daily basis work closely with all parts of the business – from content and marketing to finance and strategy.

What you´ll do? 
•  Deliver and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
•  Use your extensive sales skills and contacts to sell ads, sponsorship & branded content as well as potential elements such as social, live and online solutions across multiple markets
•  Collaborate with other European offices and liaise with Ad Ops, Planning & Sales to ensure effective sales collateral and a strong communication strategy for agency teams & clients
•  Play an active part in all parts of the business – Content, marketing, finance and strategy
•  Use your experience in the industry to guide and mentor Account Executives
Who you are
You have experience of working in a fast-paced media environment such as podcasting, radio, music streaming, video, and digital publishing with approx. 5 years of experience. You are confident in presenting and building relationships, a go-getter who is not afraid to open new doors and you have a great passion for brand storytelling & advertising. Experience with international brands and agencies would be an advantage as well as a second language.
