Career Advancement

We are always open to discussing new and evolving roles with team members.

Should the employee wish to grow into a new role, there are a number of opportunities for growth and development. Presently, we have identified the future growth opportunities. In all likelihood, a future role will likely encompass a combination of the below opportunities and roles.

(1) Senior Editor, Creative Director. The success of this business line will create more opportunities within the company–for both additional external productions and future planned internal productions. As we better-understand market demand, we will likely need more people to (1) manage service contracts, and (2) contribute to internal properties. As the team grows, there will likely be a point where the Service and Internal production roles are separated into different departments and/or workflows. Within that shift, there will likely be an opportunity to focus wholly on either Services or Internal properties, Creative, or as someone who supervises both sub-groups of Production work.

(2) Staff Management. Once independently proficient, you could formally manage teams of junior production employees and contractors, and operate more strictly in a supervisory capacity–accountable for the success of each campaign, but with your team executing the majority of the production labor.

(3) Internal Workflow Management. The company software and workflow management systems have recently been retooled, but we are always looking for better efficiencies.

(4) Mentorship. Our intent is to keep adding and building strong production professionals in this space. We will need someone to oversee their growth and development alongside a workload of successful campaign execution.
