What We Need:

iHeartMedia is the leading media and entertainment company with the largest reach of any digital, radio, outdoor or television entity in the U.S. iHeartMedia is looking for a Manager, Client Success – Podcast to join the Custom Podcast team and bring a positive attitude and a curiosity to learn.

You will be responsible for helping to establish and maintain the standard of excellence for client relationships. The position will be responsible for coordinating and partnering with Senior Account Managers on all aspects of campaign set-up and execution. The right candidate will be someone who thrives in a fluid and flexible environment, is intellectually curious, and has a strong acumen for problem solving. You’ll be working closely with many roles within the podcast team, reporting directly to the Podcast Account Director.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with Senior Account Managers and internal departments to ensure that sold programs are booked and executed in alignment with operational and sales initiatives
  • Partner with internal Advertising Operations (AdOps) and Senior Account Manager as needed to communicate launch materials and troubleshoot any ad creative issues that impact tracking, implementation, or reporting
  • Process all deliverables and work through any missing or incorrect tags/assets
  • Upload Own uploading all assets & tags to Internal Systems
  • Create Pre-Launch cases for AdOps team to upload to AdServer
  • Pull 3P discrepancy reports due 24hrs after launch
  • Establish reporting cadence/expectations with Senior Account Manager
  • Work with AdOps and Client on troubleshooting any 3P discrepancies that need to be addressed
  • Monitor and analyze campaign delivery and performance emphasizing big wins and recommending any optimization opportunities to the Senior Account Manager
  • Complete weekly pacing for media and communicate any over/under pacing lines
  • Complete bi-weekly podcast reporting and provide to Senior Account Manager
  • Collaborate with our internal billing and finance team monthly to ensure billing is reconciled in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to comprehensive wrap reports that provide informed internal recaps on performance and learnings to help drive incremental revenue and client renewals.

 

What You’ll Need:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or relevant, equivalent experience.

2+ years experience of professional experience in account management, preferably within an ad operations environment

Extremely proactive and highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied tasks and campaigns in a timely manner

Excellent client service and verbal and written communication skills; results driven with strong analytical skills

Understanding of digital media, AdTech, and the technical systems and relationships used by publishers, agencies, and advertisers to deliver podcast ads
