Job Description:

As the Media Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of all podcast media operations from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, effective communication abilities, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of podcast media booking from sale to full execution and wrap-up.

Facilitate seamless campaign launches by directly engaging with brands and clients.

Maintain up-to-date records of bookings in internal systems and documents.

Collaborate closely with the podcast sales team to ensure synergy.

Provide timely responses to brand and client inquiries via email.

Evaluate and enhance internal workflows, sharing insights to optimize media operations.

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage time.

Experience:

4-year degree (preferred – will accept experience in lieu of degree)
