Job Role: Media Planner / AdOps Manager
We are seeking a Media Planning Manager with at least one year of experience in advertising, media planning, or campaign operations. This role is central to supporting podcast advertising campaigns across multiple regions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and fast-moving, with excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities
Podcast Campaign Planning: Assist in planning and understanding podcast advertising campaigns across different regions.
Availability Management: Review podcast availabilities, gather requirements, and liaise directly with podcast partners regarding inventory and opportunities.
Client & Partner Communication: Respond quickly and professionally to client and partner inquiries, ensuring smooth campaign execution.
Insertion Orders & Purchase Orders: Manage, track, and organize IOs and POs, ensuring accurate documentation and timely approvals.
Campaign Operations: Support ongoing campaigns, including ad trafficking, monitoring delivery, and coordinating with internal and external teams.
Billing & Finance Coordination: Assist in organizing billing, verifying invoices, and supporting financial documentation related to campaigns.
Process Optimization with AI: Use AI-powered tools for organization, task management, and efficiency improvements. Learning & Growth: Stay updated on podcast industry trends, campaign best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to improve skills.
RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 1 year in media planning, campaign operations, digital advertising, or related fields.
Languages: Spanish (native/near-native) and English (professional proficiency).
Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Quick and professional communication with clients and partners. Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Zapier AI, or equivalent) for organization and task automation. Proficient in Google Workspace.
Mindset
Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to take initiative. Fast learner with a strong desire to grow within the podcast and digital media industry. Team player with a “move fast and stay organized” approach.
