Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Partnership Specialist to support our team in managing and optimizing podcast advertising campaigns. This is an entry-level, part-time position with flexible hours, ideal for recent graduates or students in their final year who want hands-on experience in digital marketing, data analysis, and client services. The Partnership Specialist will assist in tracking campaign performance, analyzing data, and ensuring campaign accuracy to support the success of our clients and podcast partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Reporting & Data Analysis: Pull and compile reports to track campaign performance, identifying trends and insights to help drive successful outcomes.
  • Campaign Quality Control: Review live campaigns to ensure accurate execution, flagging any discrepancies and resolving errors with internal teams and partners.
  • Data Management: Maintain data accuracy across reports and documents, using tools like Excel or Google Sheets to organize and analyze data effectively.
  • Support Client Communications: Assist in updating clients on campaign progress and performance, supporting the SVP of Client Services in delivering timely, accurate information.
  • Industry Research: Stay informed on podcasting and digital advertising trends to contribute fresh ideas and insights to the team.

Ideal Candidate

This role is designed for individuals who are eager to start a career in digital marketing, podcast advertising, or client services. No prior experience is required, though skills in data analysis, marketing, customer service, or sales are considered assets. This role offers the opportunity to learn from one of the leading podcast advertising teams in the industry and gain real-world experience in partnership management.

Qualifications

  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic data competency (Excel or Google Sheets), and excellent communication skills.
  • Personality: Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus but not required.
  • Education: Recent graduates or final-year students in fields related to business, marketing, data science, or communications are encouraged to apply.
