Gumball is searching for a full time Partnerships Manager to join our Creator Partnerships team.

We specialize in host-read advertisements with the best creators in audio and video. Your primary responsibilities will be onboarding, managing and optimizing top shows on our premier host-read ad marketplace. You will have the opportunity to build deep relationships with today’s brightest podcast talent and industry leaders, while growing the community of creators on our platform. Key Responsibilities

• Track key metrics for top-tier shows while developing optimization plans
• Manage the onboarding process for new shows joining the platform
• Monitor and revise monthly listings across the full catalog of shows
• Develop marketing content for Gumball’s creator newsletter, blog and platform Help Center
• Collaborate with our sales team to expand custom campaigns and sponsorship initiatives
• Support marketing efforts (cross-promo, guest-swaps, etc.) as part of acquisition strategies
• Work closely with ad operations and finance teams to expedite creator payouts
• Manage existing contracts and renewal terms
• Communicate and implement new product features to existing portfolio of creators
• Assist with inbound support questions and inquiries

Key Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in talent relations, business development, or account management
• Pulse on culture with strong knowledge of podcast and YouTube creator ecosystems, social platforms and digital publishing
• Strong attention to detail, comfortable with negotiating deal terms and executing contractual agreements
• Comfortable with data analytics, ie. turning data into actionable insights
• Strong technical aptitude and desire to use new technologies and tools to work efficiently
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Unrivaled work ethic
