Video Producer: Lead the creative and production process across multiple series, partnering with talent and senior leadership to shape standout video shows from concept to execution.

Associate Producer: Support production across our original series such as writing scripts, coordinating shoots, and helping shape high-quality content across formats and platforms.

Video Editor: Edit sharp, story-driven content for our original video series with strong pacing, platform fluency, and a deep understanding of what keeps audiences engaged.

Social Media Coordinator: Create and execute platform-specific content and engagement strategies to grow communities and elevate PAVE’s brands and creators across social.

Social Media Video Editor: Create scroll-stopping video content that connects with fan communities and drives discovery across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.

Social Media & Community Manager: Drive social strategy, audience growth, and fan engagement across platforms by combining data-driven planning with a deep understanding of content and community.

Project Manager: Oversee high-impact initiatives by driving cross-functional workflows and ensuring seamless execution at speed.

Crime House Roles:
PAVE’s genre-specific studio dedicated to true crime. Our mission is to deliver gripping stories that resonate with a passionate and growing global audience.

Executive Producer: Lead daily editorial and production for our original true crime series with sharp news judgment, creative vision, and hands-on execution.

Associate Producer: Support daily production with sharp research, scripting, and strong coordination across segments, shoots, and occasional on-camera to bring true crime stories to life.

Video Editor: Shape compelling, platform-optimized content with strong story instincts, sharp pacing, and a deep understanding for what keeps audiences engaged.

On-Air Correspondents: Host true crime coverage with sharp editorial instincts, strong on-camera presence, and a passion for turning complex stories into compelling, must-watch content.

Social Media Coordinator: Drive daily content and conversation for Crime House by turning headlines, trends, and moments into platform-native stories that grow and engage our true crime community.
