We’re looking for a Podcast Account Director to join our digital team in London.
Reporting into the Podcast Lead and you will work together to promote existing shows and launch new ones, selling exciting advertising opportunities, as well as owning and managing your own active sales pipeline. This is a real opportunity to be an active contributor within a scaling part of Bauer Media that has big ambitions for the future of audio.

The audioXi Podcast network is a scalable advertising solution that includes inventory from over 1,000 podcast shows and delivers over 50m Impressions every month to millions of monthly listeners.
This is a Hybrid role that supports a balance of working from home and our office in London.
What you’ll be doing
- Own the sales pipeline for all podcast sponsorship opportunities.
- Run a specific patch of agencies to generate briefs and drive revenue.
- Use internal systems to build out prospecting lists of clients to approach.
- Be a key part of the process of pitching, briefing, educating and activating all podcast sponsorship campaigns.
- Have an intimate knowledge of all podcast shows that are available within the audioXi podcast portfolio.
- Collaborate with all internal to teams to develop podcast specific briefs and build the podcast narrative across a specific patch of agencies.
