High-End Guest Research • Narrative Design • Question Architecture • Clip Strategy

About the Job:

Hi, I’m Zach Grossfeld, podcast host, producer, and creator of The Zach Show, a Top 1% long-form interview podcast with over one million downloads. I built my show from scratch, and that experience reshaped how I help other hosts craft conversations that stay with audiences.

I’m opening a single (1) spot for a host who wants elite, narrative-driven prep for guest-focused podcast interviews, the kind of support normally reserved for hosts at major studios and high-performance creators who understand the value of premium production.

If you’re a host or a team that values comprehensive research, unmatched question design, and has room in the budget for high-level prep, we may be a good match.

What I Would Bring to Your Show:

Comprehensive Guest Research: Strategic, in-depth dives across books, interviews, academic work, media presence, controversies, and narrative through-lines your audience actually cares about.

Guest Question & Topic Design: I don’t hand over prompts. I build conversations: emotional arcs, narrative tension, clarity, originality, and pacing that make an interview stick with the listener long after it’s over.

Episode Narrative Arc: Your episode isn’t just a chat. It’s a story. I map openings, transitions, reveals, pivots, and the final landing that gives the conversation its meaning.

Host One-Sheet (Tactical Briefing): A polished briefing that gives you complete command of the guest: themes, contradictions, landmines, opportunities, questions to avoid, and the “why now?” driving the interview.

Viral Hook Identification: Clip-ready insights flagged in advance: unexpected contradictions, emotional spikes, obscure facts, and the exact beats that turn into breakout moments.

Who I’ve Worked With

I’ve hosted and produced hundreds of long-form conversations with guests across comedy, science, culture, and journalism, including:

Mark Normand (comedian, JRE, Netflix)

Andy Weir (The Martian, Project Hail Mary)

Jess Glynne (Grammy-nominated, Platinum music artist)

Steve Murphy (The man who brought down Escobar)

• …and many others

I’m comfortable supporting hosts who think strategically, perform at a high level, and run shows where the prep matters just as much as the performance.

If You’re Looking for Premium Production Support…

I’m a great fit if you:

• Want deeper, more engaging interviews

• Want to save 15–20 hours of prep per episode

• Prefer a collaborative, story-first approach

• Run a show where episode quality matters just as much or more than quantity

• Have the budget for top-tier, white-glove, full-service prep work

(Busy CEO’s, High-earning professionals, host at a top network)

If that sounds like you, I’d love to talk. I’m available for monthly retainers or per-episode basis. Send me a message at zach@auxoro.com if you’d like to explore working together
