Our Women’s Health Podcast Network is a fast-growing vertical featuring many of the top, female-hosted shows in women’s health, longevity, relationships, and empowerment. With millions of monthly downloads and a highly engaged audience, we are redefining the way women consume wellness media.
We’re seeking a media-savvy, organized, relationship-driven Podcast Sales Representative & Account Manager to help expand our digital sponsorships business with integrated campaigns across podcasts, newsletters, YouTube, social media, and live events.
Compensation: Based on experience + incentive package
Reports to: Head of Partnerships, Jodi Blea
Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify, research, and reach out to potential advertisers in wellness, health, beauty, food, fitness, parenting, and aligned verticals.
Media Planning & Proposal Development
- Help create sponsorship proposals that integrate host-read ads (audio and video), email inclusions, branded social posts, course sponsorships, and live events.
Assist in Pitching & Closing Sales
- Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to advertiser goals, negotiate pricing, deliverables, and terms in close collaboration with the Head of Partnerships.
Client Onboarding & Communication
- Guide advertisers through onboarding and gather all necessary assets and approvals. Coordinate invoicing and accounts receivable.
Campaign Management & Execution
- Coordinate internally with production, editorial, and ad operations teams to fulfill deliverables. Oversee campaign timelines and ensure all components are delivered as promised.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance (e.g., impressions, clicks, CPM, CTR, downloads) and create campaign recaps for advertisers. Work closely with the Head of Partnerships to ensure the Partnerships department is meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of ad sales and account management experience, ideally with a focus on digital or podcast media
- Proven success selling and/or managing digital sponsorships and integrated brand packages
- Existing network of wellness, health, or mission-aligned brands is a big plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Deep belief in the power of health, wellness, and women’s voices
