About the Role

Higher Ground is seeking an experienced Producer to drive the day-to-day production of our always-on shows. You’ll work closely with the team on interview scheduling and prep, editorial decision-making, episode assembly in Adobe Premiere Pro, and both remote and in-studio tapings.

You bring strong video/audio production skills, a track record of lead-producing chat/interview shows, and an eagerness to tackle creative and operational challenges—balancing taste, speed, and collaboration.
