Position Summary

Claritas couples decades-deep consumer intelligence with state-of-the-art identity resolution and incrementality science. Our Measurement & Attribution squad turns that advantage into products that help marketers prove— and improve —return on every media dollar. We’re hiring a Product Lead to take full ownership of roadmap, delivery, and quality for these offerings, partnering with seasoned data scientists, engineers, designers, and executives to set the industry bar for accuracy, transparency, and usability.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy & backlog for cross-channel measurement (audio, podcast, CTV, web, app, retail media).
  • Run true agile: story mapping, grooming, sprint planning, retros, and outcome-based OKRs in Jira/Confluence. Work with the Scrum Master, who will run daily stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, velocity tracking, and impediment removal, while you ensure priorities, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder alignment remain razor-sharp.
  • Ship fault-tolerant releases through rigorous data QA, regression testing, and automated validation pipelines.
  • Integrate walled-garden and clean-room signals (e.g., Meta, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Roku) and model blind spots.
  • Fuse MMM & lift-test outputs with touch-level attribution to provide a holistic, causal view of performance.
  • Elevate UX: partner with Design on analyst workflows and exec-ready dashboards that drive adoption.
  • Advance Smart TV / STB measurement using ACR data to extend incrementality models into the living room.
  • Define success via ARR lift, client adoption %, model accuracy (MAPE, uplift validity), and release velocity.

Skills, Education and Experience

Required:

  • 7+ yrs product leadership in ad-tech, mar-tech, or analytics SaaS
  • Mastery of Jira & Confluence with track record of backlog discipline and project management
  • Proven R&D development and delivery of attribution, incrementality, or experimentation software products (not labor-based services)
  • Walled-garden API or clean-room integrations
  • Working knowledge of MMM & RCT methodologies
  • End-to-end user experience (UX) from the handoff from sales for a new customer to on-boarding workflow, to telemetry on software/dashboard use, to escalation status visibility – holistic ownership of customer experience and proven track record improving the journey touchpoints / interfaces.

 

Highly preferred:

  • Deep Smart TV/STB (ACR) data know-how
  • Hands-on SQL/Python for rapid triage
  • Privacy-sandbox / differential-privacy experience
  • Certification (CSPO, Pragmatic, etc.)
  • Published POVs on measurement trends
  • Experience scaling AI-driven optimization
