Now, we’re seeking a Programmatic Advertising Sales Lead to build advertiser demand, leveraging your network and experience in the media and ad tech ecosystem.

Currently integrated with Triton under iHeartMedia, we enable the 95% of under-monetized podcasts to participate in premium campaigns — empowering creators, networks, and SSPs while delivering better results for advertisers.

What You’ll Do

As the Sales Lead, you’ll spearhead revenue growth by connecting ekoz.ai with advertisers, brands, and agencies ready to innovate in audio.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a revenue-focused sales plan to attract agencies and advertisers to ekoz.ai’s platform.
  • Lead Generation: Identify, engage, and qualify prospects across industries investing in podcast and digital audio.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture client relationships, leveraging HubSpot CRM to manage outreach and pipeline.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead deal negotiations, deliver compelling pitches, and consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends in programmatic audio and podcast advertising, providing feedback that shapes our strategy and product roadmap.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing and product to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies and seamless client onboarding.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in advertising or media sales, ideally with programmatic or ad tech focus.
  • Strong media network: Proven relationships with advertisers, agencies, or brands.
  • Audio expertise: Understanding of podcast or audio advertising ecosystems — especially host-read and programmatic formats.
  • Deal Closer: Track record of building pipelines and closing mid-to-large deals.
  • Entrepreneurial drive: Self-starter comfortable in a startup environment with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Tech interest: Familiarity with or curiosity about generative AI and its role in advertising innovation.
