We’re looking for a detail-obsessed Quality Control & Editorial Manager to be the final gatekeeper for all client-facing assets across video, audio, written content, and social media.

This role ensures that everything leaving our production pipeline is polished, consistent, on-brand, and error-free. You’ll work closely with producers, editors, and writers to uphold our creative standards and maintain trust with our clients.

You Will Be Responsible For

Reviewing all short-form videos (reels, shorts, TikToks) for visual cohesion, pacing, captions, and brand alignment

Reviewing all podcast episodes (audio + video) for flow, clarity, loudness levels, and narrative consistency

Reviewing all written assets: including blogs, episode descriptions, newsletters, and social copy, for grammar, clarity, tone, formatting, and SEO alignment

Checking all exported files for technical accuracy: specs, naming conventions, timestamps, thumbnails, formatting, and metadata

Ensuring each asset follows the brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and client-specific preferences

Flagging issues, documenting revisions, and maintaining version-control discipline

Approving or rejecting assets before they move to client delivery

What a Great Fit Looks Like

  • Strong editorial eye — able to spot inconsistencies others miss
  • Deep understanding of short-form video trends and storytelling
  • Familiarity with audio and video production workflows
  • Experience editing or reviewing written content at a professional level
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced, multi-project production environment
  • Able to uphold high standards without slowing down the pipeline
  • Clear communicator who gives precise, actionable feedback

Nice-to-Haves

Background in podcast production, social content production, or digital publishing

Experience with tools like Descript, Frame.io, Notion, Riverside, and Google Workspace

Familiarity with content calendars, brand guidelines, and asset libraries

Why This Role Matters

Our work only lands when the final product is excellent. This role protects the quality of everything we ship — ensuring clients always receive refined, consistent, story-driven assets that represent the best of our team. You’re the final line of defence before client delivery.
