We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Sales Assistant to support our dynamic team and directly assist our seasoned Podcast Ad Sales Account Executives. If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and excited about the growing world of podcasting, this could be your perfect role.

 

Position Overview

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital behind-the-scenes role in our sales process, providing critical administrative, research, and communication support to help the Account Executive successfully drive revenue and build strong client relationships.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow within the podcast or media sales industry while contributing meaningfully to the success of a high-performing team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Executive in day-to-day operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing client decks, and managing follow-ups.
  • Create RFP responses via Google Sheets.
  • Help manage and maintain CRM systems (HubSpot) with accurate client communication records, campaign status, and prospecting activity.
  • Conduct advertiser and agency research to support prospecting and new business efforts.
  • Work closely with other internal departments to ensure campaign execution runs smoothly.
  • Monitor industry news and trends to provide relevant updates to the sales team.
  • Embody True Native Media’s core values in every client interaction and internal process.

Ideal Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales, administrative, or marketing support role (media or advertising experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Expert-level skills using Google Sheets and
  • Proficiency Hubspot
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • A passion for podcasts and interest in learning more about podcast advertising
