Sales Coordinator – The Roost Podcast Network

The Roost is a leading video and audio podcast network representing some of the world’s top creators. As part of Night — a next-gen talent management, venture capital, and startup incubation platform — The Roost connects media, creators, and brands.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented and to support our team as a Sales Coordinator based in the Los Angeles area. As a Sales Coordinator at The Roost, you will play a key role in the success of the team by building strategic proposals, processing orders, and regularly communicating with sales partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, possesses exceptional organizational skills, and has a passion for media and advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Sales Directors to assist in all aspects of the pre and post sales process
  • Build RFPs, client presentations, and post-campaign recaps
  • Input planning details and process insertion orders in order management system
  • Understand company best practices and policies and ensure orders adhere to them
  • Partner with Ad Operations to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Monitor campaign performance and work with client and internal teams to optimize
  • Work with Finance team to resolve invoicing questions
  • Take ownership of additional sales projects

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in media advertising or related field
  • Passion and deep knowledge of YouTube, podcasting, and new media platforms from a business and consumer perspective.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce/Affinity.
  • Los Angeles, CA-based.
